OpenAI says it may use content from its Free, Plus and Pro plans to train its models, unless you switch that off. Business and Enterprise plans don't train on your data by default.
The short version
OpenAI says that on its personal plans, it may use your chats to train its models, unless you switch that off.
The switch is in Settings, Data controls: "Improve the model for everyone." Business and Enterprise plans don't train on your data by default.
Before anyone pastes client work, check which plan they're on, and what your client contract says.
